EMPIRE STATE DEVELOPMENT RENOVATION GRANT
Ken-Bailey corridor identified to receive $500,000 in funding from the East Side Commercial District Program.
Selected commercial property owners located on Bailey Avenue between LaSalle Ave and Route 33 will receive up to $50,000 in grant funds for exterior facade and interior capital improvements. Awards will be announced no later than April 2020. Check back for program updates and images.
